This series of horizontal mixing (blending) machine is a new

high mixing degree and less residue. The horizontal mixer is
suitable for mixing organic and inorganic fertilizer.

the material can be fully mixed, thus improving the mixing
uniformity; the new rotor structure be used to make the gap between
the rotor and the casing close to zero, thus effectively reducing
the residual amount of the material; the special rotor design of

operation and maintenance are convenient.

1. When horizontal mixer working, the material in the machine is
operated by two opposing rotors, and the compound motion is carried
out.
2. The slurry drives the material to rotate counterclockwise along
the inner wall of the machine groove.
3. On the one hand, it drives the material to turn around, forming
a weightless zone outside the overlap of the two rotors. In this
area, no matter the shape, size and density of the material, the
material can be floating in an instantaneous weightlessness state.
4. This makes the material in the machine groove form an
Omni-directional continuous loop, alternating shear, so as to
achieve fast and soft mixing uniform effect.

5. Under the bottom or the sides of the tank, there is a flap dome
valve (pneumatic control or manual control) of the centre. The

angle when mixing. There are a lid and fence on the top of the
tank, it seals the tank well so that no powder will come out during
mixing
