The disc fertilizer granulator mainly depends on the centrifugal
force to make the raw materials form into ball-like pellets. After
you start the disc pan granulator, its motor will lead the belt to
move. With them, the small gear and the decelerator are also put in
motion. Then the main gear will drive the whole pan to revolve.
When the rotary disc reaches a certain speed, with the combined
effort of the spray device, raw materials in the disc will compact
with each other, forming into round granules during the process. As
the pellets gradually grow into the right size, they will come to
the top of other materials, and eventually leave the disc through
outlets.
