Working principle of vibrating fertilizer screening machine
The motor is transmitted to the vibrator drive shaft and the gear
vibrator (speed ratio is 1). The three axes rotate at the same
speed and produce vibration force. The vibration exciter is
connected with the sieve box through high strength bolts to produce
elliptical motion. The material is carried out at high speed
elliptical motion on the sieving machine. The material are quickly
layered and moved forward through screen mesh, then reach the good
effect of screening.
