The rotary coating machine can be lined with polypropylene or
acid-resistant stainless steel in the main engine. The coating
agent adheres to the surface of the granule with a powder coating
machine or a liquid melting pot. Its coated granules are uniform,
round, beautiful appearance and good effect. It is commonly used
equipment on organic fertilizer production line, NPK compound
fertilizer production line, and BB fertilizer production line.
The compound fertilizer coating machine adopts a coating process
with special liquid charging stock and solid dusty material
combined, which can form a layer of the protective film around
compound fertilizer granules to isolate them from the outside air,
thus effectively avoiding agglomeration, and improving the surface
brightness of granules. If added with some trace elements, the
fertilizer effect can be improved.
