Working principle of new type two in one organic fertilizer granulating machine
1. Mixing material section: The new type two in one organic
fertilizer machine is of horizontal barrel shape. At the forepart
of this equipment, the crushed material will get mixed. That means
an extra mixing machine is not needed for an organic fertilizer
production line equipped with a centrifugal fertilizer granulator.
Then, the evenly mixed organic material will enter the next
procedure.
2. Granulating material section: granulating material process will
take place at the middle part of this machine. During the
granulating process, the powder organic material will collide and
agglomerate together gradually under the function of the stirring
teeth in the granulator and air power.
3. Polishing pellet section: the polishing section is at the tail
part of this patent granulating facility. Some organic fertilizer
pellets produced in the granulating process are not solid enough or
round enough. Hence, the pellet polishing section is very important
for solving these problems. After the polishing process, you will
get more quality organic fertilizer pellet.
