Working principle of ring die pelleting machine
The basic working principle of the ring die pellet mill is a simple
operation where feed mass is distributed over the inner surface of
a rotating, perforated die ahead of each roll, which compresses the
feed mass and compress it into the die holes to form pellets.
Features of ring die pelleting machine
1. Under a certain force, organic particles can mutually mosaic and
grow up. Take advantage of this characteristic; don't need to add
binder during granulation.
2. Fermented organics don't need to be dried, the raw materials
containing water may be 20-40%.
3. The pore size of the particles is uniform and the shape is neat.
The pore size of the coarse particles can be divided into: 5, 6, 7,
and 8. when the user places an order, it can be selected according
to the production needs.
