The rotary drum granulator main working method is aggregate wet granulation. Through a certain amount of water or steam, basic fertilizer mixed wet in drum granulator tube body after the full chemical reaction. 1. Polyethylene plastic plates are fixed in inner drum to prevent sticking and protect drum from corrosion.

2. Drum is placed obliquely in a bracket which is made of robust carbon steel plates and channel beam.

3. It can be widely used with varieties of raw materials. You can mix low solubility materials with high solubility according to the formula. Moreover, it is applicable to add some organic matter and microelement.
