Introduction to bulk blending fertilizer production line
The bulk blending fertilizer machine is designed and manufactured

Working process of bulk blending fertilizer production line
1.Batching Process:
Different pellet fertilizers will be placed in different batch
hoppers. Then, a belt conveyor will transport the batched pellet
fertilizers into a bucket conveying device. Next, the bucket lifter
will convey the batched pellet fertilizers to the BB fertilizer
mixing machine.
2.Mixing Process:
When the batched pellet fertilizers enter the BB fertilizer mixer,
they will rotate with the machine. In the next step, the mixed
pellet fertilizers, namely the finished BB fertilizer, will be
conveyed to the storage hopper.
3.Packing Process:
The automatic packing machine is right under storage hopper. It can
weigh the BB fertilizer precisely.
