Bulk blending fertilizer is also called BB fertilizer. The BB fertilizer is manufactured according to the plants requirements and soil condition.The bulk blending fertilizer machine is used to produce the BB fertilizer.

Raw materials of bulk blending fertilizer machine
BB fertilizer consists of two or three granular fertilizers that relatively contain nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium, such as Urea, ammonium sulfate and potassium chloride etc.

Working Process of bulk blending fertilizer machine

1. Batching Process:

Some chemical granular fertilizers will be placed in different hoppers. Then, a belt conveyor will transport the batched pellet fertilizers into a bucket conveying device. Next, the bucket lifter will convey the batched pellet fertilizers to the BB fertilizer mixing machine.

2. Mixing Process:

When the finished fertilizer pellets enter the BB fertilizer mixer, they will rotate with the machine. In the next step, the mixed BB fertilizer granules will be conveyed to the storage hopper.

3. Packing Process:

The fertilizer packing machine is right under storage hopper. It can weigh the BB fertilizer precisely and pack it.
